Anti-Inflammatory Sunrise Smoothie

This bright and delicious smoothie can help reduce inflammation, boost energy, and support your immune system! Full of vitamin C, beta carotene, and phytonutrients – this smoothie is the perfect way to start your day!
Servings: 1


  • 1 cup unsweetened dairy-free milk (almond, coconut, cashew, etc.)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice
  • Half cup diced pineapple, fresh or frozen
  • Half orange, peeled
  • 1 inch turmeric root, peeled
  • 1 inch ginger root, peeled
  • Dash of cinnamon


  1. Add all ingredients to blender and mix until smooth.
  2. Add ice for a thicker consistency or more liquid for a thinner smoothie.
  3. Drink immediately, enjoy!
