Chia Seed Pudding

Chia Seed Pudding

One of my new favorites  is Chia seed pudding.

It’s full of fiber and protein and a wonderful breakfast or snack.

The recipe is so easy and quick to put together, all you need is:

For one serving

3T Chia seeds

3/4 Cup of milk of choice (coconut, almond etc)

Additional add ins:

Cinnamon

Pure maple syrup, raw honey or stevia

Chopped nuts

fresh fruit

Just combine the Chia seeds and milk in a tight container. Add cinnamon, stevia, honey or maple syrup if desired. Shake well and refrigerate for at least one hour or overnight. The seeds will swell and form a gelatinous like pudding consistency. You may want to shake or stir form time to time so that the seeds don’t clump together. Top with fresh fruit or nuts and ENJOY!

This will last in the fridge for up to 5 days.
