Tired of plain water but want to stay hydrated with a healthy beverage? Try Infused Waters!

Not only is it refreshing and taste great, but infusing your water adds flavor naturally and provides both electrolytes and nutrients, without the added sugars! It’s very simple to make, dice a few pieces of fresh fruit and herb(s) of choice and add to filtered water (preferably in a glass pitcher or water bottle) and enjoy throughout the day!
