Springtime Smoothie

A refreshing, anti-inflammatory nutrient dense smoothie perfect for the arrival of warmer weather!


  • 1 cup chilled green tea
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Half medium avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, peeled and seeds removed
  • 2 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger or 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • Stevia, maple syrup, or honey to taste if desired
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Add ingredients into a blender and blend until well combined and smooth, then enjoy!
