Tired of eating the same thing during detox??
Why do we need to memorize the Do Not Eat List? Too many people do not recognize that the detox sample menu and the grocery shopping list are only “guides” and are there to help you reference back to when you are shopping and give yourself ideas when you are ready to eat. The absolute best thing you could possibly do during detox is to memorize the “Do Not Eat List”. For example when you are shopping and you are unsure of what you can or cannot eat just refer back to the Do Not Eat List. I understand this may seem a little tedious and perhaps cumbersome at first but in the long run it will help tremendously especially when you are done with the program.
